Mohamed Bouna Aly, PMP,

Mr. Bouna Aly is a Mining engineer with more than 35 years of international experience in mining evaluation and management, in the Americas, West Africa and Central Asia. Mining and quarrying includes supervision of the start-up of operations, production, quality control, optimization of productivity, health and safety at work. Mining planning includes the optimization and design of pits, the development of mining sequences, the development of plans for the acquisition and replacement of mining equipment, the location and design of stockpiles and infrastructure. Project evaluation includes audit, conceptual study, preliminary economic study, and feasibility study. These studies are in compliance with the NI-43-101 instrument. Management includes coordination of the work of other specialists, supervision of site work, budget monitoring, timelines and procurement, etc., assistance with the preparation of specifications.

Pierre Trudel, Ph.D., P.Eng.


Pierre Trudel, Ph.D., P.Ing.

Dr. Trudel is a Geological Engineer with more than 40 years of international experience in the exploration and exploitation of mineral deposits. He acquired competencies in the search for volcanogenic deposits of base metals and gold vein deposits in the Abitibi volcanic belt. Since 1990, has gained international experience by participating in exploration projects in Algeria, Benin, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Haiti, Jamaica, Peru and Kazakhstan. Familiar with the main aspects of the research and exploitation of metal deposits: photo-interpretation, mapping, petrographic and mineralogical studies, soil geochemistry, lithogeochemistry, calculation of geological resources and mineral reserves and feasibility studies for mining projects. Also twenty years of experience in management and project management. Production of NI 43–101 reports enabling public listing and financing of junior mining companies.

Pierre LaBrèque, P.Eng.


Mr Pierre LaBrèque is a geological engineer working in mineral exploration and evaluation for more than forty years, in Canada and internationally. He has a diversified experience which encompasses all the modern techniques now in use to evaluate the exploration potential of a project. He has an extensive experience in prospecting for gold/precious metals, base metals, uranium and industrial minerals. He has a strong background in exploration geophysics, geochemistry, economic geology and drilling. He has been involved on a regular basis in project management and decision making. He participated to several international assignments as a consultant, operations supervisor and chief geologist. Mr LaBrèque has also been involved in the production several NI43-101 reports and related documents for financing purposes.
